My Terex Cranes app for iPhone and iPad

My Terex Cranes app is the official app of the Terex Cranes Technical Services and Support team at the Americas region.
It allows Terex to engage and interact with customers’ field service techs, offering Troubleshooting Capabilities through our technical tips channel, Technical Training Agenda & Courses, Promotions & Alerts, Register Machine, Bulletins Notification and also allows to contact easily our dealer network.

My Terex app allows the user to open and follow the cases and all this process are monitored by our Terex Specialists. At the end of each case, our app allows the customer to rate the experience with our support and products. During this process also, you can upload or take pictures in “live” and sent it to our Terex Specialists.

The other feature is the Terex Bulletins, this functionality allows the user to keep the machine updated and protect, it´s very simple you only need the serial number to check if you have any bulletin available for your machine.
